Orders leave our place in Indore and travel by courier and this page sets out the cost, the timing, and what happens if a parcel goes astray.

Charges

we cover the courier on orders from ₹999 upwards ; a flat ₹49 covers delivery on anything smaller.

Paying the courier in cash costs no more than paying by UPI.

How long it takes

orders are made ready within 1–2 business days and then the courier then takes 3–9 business days depending on the pin code.

3:00 PM IST is the cut-off; past it your order is packed for the next working day.

These windows are typical, not contractual . When something slips, you hear it from us.

Where we ship

Shipping is domestic only . We neither ship abroad nor deliver to freight-forwarding addresses.

There are pin codes our courier partners will not take . Where that affects your order we get in touch and refund it rather than stall.

Damaged, wrong or undelivered parcels

Film the unboxing. Damage, a wrong item or a shortfall reported inside 48 hours with video is put right at our cost, including the return leg.

Where an address is wrong or the courier cannot find anyone home, the parcel comes back here . We will resend on a corrected address, charging the flat delivery fee for the second run.
