Before it leaves

Nothing is charged to cancel while the parcel is still in our hands . Reach us before 3:00 PM IST on the day and it is straightforward.

Once the courier has it

We have no way to stop a parcel already with the courier . Either refuse it at the door or take delivery and start a return, which stays open 10 days.

When the money comes back

A prepaid UPI order cancelled before dispatch is reversed within 5 to 7 working days, in line with Reserve Bank of India guidance on reversals.

Cash on Delivery orders take no money up front; cancelling one leaves nothing outstanding . We apply no cancellation fee and no restocking charge.

If we have to cancel

There are orders we have to stop — stock that turns out damaged, a pin code our couriers will not reach, or details we cannot verify. We explain why and refund in full.

We would rather cancel and explain than send something we are not confident in.
