Which ways can I pay?

UPI or Cash on Delivery. We are not set up for cards, net banking, wallets or EMI.

Is GST included?

We are below the GST registration threshold, so there is no GST on your order and no GST invoice. You get an ordinary sale invoice.

Can I collect in person?

No — Solaro Bazaar is an online retailer. The address on the contact page is a registered business address, not a walk-in shop.

Is delivery free?

Orders from ₹999 upward ship free. Smaller ones carry a flat ₹49.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

No — we do not offer a direct exchange. A refund plus a fresh order is the route.

How do returns work?

Within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and complete with packaging and invoice.

Something arrived broken. What now?

Report it within 48 hours with the unboxing video and we put it right at our expense.

When do I get my refund?

Within 7 business days of the item reaching us and passing inspection. Cancelled prepaid orders reverse in 5 to 7 working days.

Whose products are these?

We sell under our own name, Solaro Bazaar. We are not an authorised dealer or agent for any manufacturer, and we do not describe our stock as branded merchandise.

Is this cookware induction-safe?

Only where the listing says so. Base construction differs between ranges, so check that line on the individual product page rather than assuming.
