This page explains the personal data Solaro Bazaar handles, how long it stays, and what you can require of us.

What is collected

• Whatever the courier needs: a name, an address, an email and a phone number
• Your order history, kept so we can help with earlier purchases
• Standard technical information: IP address, device type, pages visited

Card and banking details are not part of this at all, because UPI authenticates in your own app and cash never touches our systems.

Purpose

For fulfilment, correspondence, returns and refunds, and the record-keeping the law imposes — we build no advertising profiles and we do not sell data.

Who your details reach

The delivery company, and the technical providers behind the website and its mail — that is the whole list . Each acts on our instructions only. Disclosure to authorities happens only under legal obligation.

We never ask what you cook or what appliances you own; nothing of that kind is collected.

Retention

Orders and invoices remain on file for the statutory retention period and no longer . Enquiries that led nowhere are deleted after closure; we keep nothing ‘just in case’.

How we protect it

Traffic is encrypted and order records are restricted to fulfilment staff — no system is perfect, and if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority.
