When an order goes wrong
packing takes 1–2 business days from the day you order — then the courier then takes 3–9 business days depending on the pin code.
Take a video while unpacking. It is the fastest way to resolve a damaged, incorrect or incomplete delivery — send it within 48 hours and the replacement or refund is ours to fund.
The return window is 10 days; refunds follow within 7 business days . There is no direct exchange, stated here rather than buried in a policy page.
